EUA prices have entered into consolidation in the area between 20 and 21.50 EUR/EUA. Auctions have restarted in normal volume this week and brought some balance to the undersupplied market, putting a stop to EUA price surge. The heavy options open interest at 20 EUR strike could keep the prices attracted to this level in the short term.
