EUA prices are continuing to advance higher. ENVI deal last week delivered positive changes for EU ETS post-2020 reforms. There were several improvements over the first proposal, with two most notable as follows. Increase of the annual withdrawal rate of Market Stability Reserve from 12% to 24%.
