EUA prices have moved higher and briefly touched 5 EUR/unit. The reason for the rise, according to the analysts, is lack of auctions in the following three business days. This is the first such period of no auctions this year and the only one until the end of December. However, this means that the following months will have higher volume of emissions allowances sold on auctions.
