EUA prices are up since last week as lower supply of only three auctions this week meant less available EUAs for buyers to take. Market seems pretty comfortable around current levels as sellers appear on any minor price rally, and likewise buyers come in as soon as prices start dropping. Other correlated markets are caught in ranges as well.
