EUA prices had a strong reaction on Tuesday’s news that French utility EDF may halt some of their nuclear reactors due to possible faults. On top of that, news of possible reductions of Russian gas imports to Europe triggered a buying frenzy across all energy markets. Gas prices reacted with the most force and moved up more than 20%.
