EUA prices are ranging around 7.50 EUR/unit with swings in both directions. Last week it already appeared that 8 EUR/unit will be breached, but prices stopped 20 cents short and instead reversed down for a 60-cent drop. This week, prices are showing a small gain so far. Power prices have been caught in similar indecision with volatility levelling off compared to the previous months.
