EUA prices have moved around 1 EUR higher since last week and showed a small gain every day. It seems that rising German power prices were the main driver pushing EUAs higher. The rise is a bit out of alignment with analysts’ expectations as many have anticipated some downside pressure due to relatively high auction supply in June.
