European carbon market fell sharply in the past week to a two-month low below 18 EUR but then managed to bounced back sharply on Tuesday in a volatile market fraught with concerns over Brexit. The UK will exit the EU carbon market in late March 2019 if Brexit negotiators fail to strike a deal, the British government said in a notice on Friday.
